The 76th Plenary Meeting of the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) will be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from October 24-28, 2017. The ICAC Plenary Meetings are attended by over 400 participants from the public and private sectors from over 40 countries. The last Plenary Meeting of the ICAC was held in Tashkent 21 years ago in 1996. Member governments of the ICAC host Plenary Meetings, alternating between producing and consuming countries as far as possible and rotate from region to the other.
